Fairway Village is the third of five villages that will comprise St. Charles when this master planned community is fully built. Fairway Village is designed to include 3,346 housing units over three neighborhoods: Sheffield, which is currently under construction; Glen Eagles, which will border the existing White Plains Golf Course; and Heritage at Fairway Village, a 352-unit active adult community currently under development adjacent to the golf course.

Like the previous two villages of St. Charles — Smallwood and Westlake — Fairway Village will provide a wide array of styles and sizes of homes, including single family homes, townhomes, and apartments. And each of the three neighborhoods will have the wealth of amenities residents have come to associate with St. Charles—neighborhood centers, swimming pools, walking paths, and much, much more. For residents of Sheffield and Gleneagles, neighborhood schools will be a short walk away.
